These terms govern all review access to THE PRODUCTIVE STATE by Todor Kulakov.
Access to the review copy of THE PRODUCTIVE STATE is personal, limited, revocable, and non-transferable. It is granted to one named recipient only and may not be shared with colleagues, assistants, students, or any other person or institution.
The review copy remains fully protected by copyright. No part of the work is placed in the public domain, licensed for reuse, or released for publication by virtue of review access being granted.
Recipients may not reproduce, copy, print, download, distribute, upload, host, sell, license, forward, publish, or publicly share the work or any part of it, whether in original or derivative form, and whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
Short quotation for the purpose of a review, assessment, or scholarly commentary requires the prior written agreement of the rights holder, who may be contacted through the programme contact page.
Every displayed page carries a personalised watermark containing the recipient's full name, institution, email address, and unique access identification number. This watermark identifies the source of any unauthorised reproduction.
Access may be recorded for security and rights-protection purposes, including the date and time of access, session count, and technical information associated with the session.
Each invitation carries an expiry date and a maximum permitted number of reading sessions. Access ends automatically when either limit is reached.
Access may be suspended or permanently revoked at any time and without notice. Violation of these terms may result in immediate revocation and in such further measures as the rights holder considers appropriate.
Submission of a request for review access creates no entitlement to access. Approval is at the sole discretion of the programme administrator.
By opening an invitation link and using the secure reader, the recipient accepts these Terms of Access in full.
These terms are provided in English and apply to the international distribution of the review edition. Questions concerning interpretation should be directed to the programme administrator through the contact page.
