Institutional Review Program
Controlled access, issued by invitation only
The English edition is circulated to a limited number of institutions for professional assessment. There is no public registration and no public download.
Procedure
How access is granted
- 01
Request
An institutional representative submits a request stating position, institution, country, area of expertise, and intended form of review.
- 02
Assessment
The programme administrator assesses the request. Submission of a request does not grant access and creates no entitlement to it.
- 03
Invitation
If approved, a unique and unguessable access link is issued to the named recipient, with a defined expiry date and a maximum number of reading sessions.
- 04
Reading
The recipient reads the complete text in the secure in-browser reader. Every displayed page carries a personalised watermark.
- 05
Review
The recipient may submit an assessment, an editorial commentary, or a statement of institutional interest through the programme contact channel.
- 06
Closure
Access expires automatically at the stated date, or earlier where the session limit is reached or access is suspended or revoked.
