The Work
An economic framework written for institutions
THE PRODUCTIVE STATE argues that the productive capacity of a nation cannot be read from private output alone. It develops the concept of total capital — the combined stock of public assets, private capital, human capability, natural resources, and institutional quality — and proposes how that stock can be accounted for, governed, and made productive.
The book is structured for professional readers: policy makers, economists, and institutional analysts. It moves from conceptual foundations to measurement, then to fiscal and governance instruments, and finally to implementation sequencing for states at different levels of development.
The English edition is currently in controlled institutional review. Selected institutions are invited to read the complete text and to submit assessments, citations of interest, or editorial commentary prior to wider release.
