Why the proceeds are assigned
THE PRODUCTIVE STATE argues that human capability is capital. The assignment of all proceeds to the FROSINA Foundation follows directly from that position: the return on the work is directed to education, research, and public benefit rather than to the author.
Institutions participating in the review programme are not asked for any payment. The programme exists solely to obtain qualified professional assessment of the text prior to wider publication.
